试验方法

屈挠试验机用于橡胶工业。填充料(比如碳黑)生产商和轮胎制造商是都利公司压缩屈挠试验机的主要用户。

The Standard Flexometer perfoms tests following
the standards DIN 53 533, part 3, ISO 4666/3,
ASTM D 623 or BS 903, part A50.

In addition to these standards, the Ultimate Flexometer performs tests following ISO 4666/4 and JIS K 6265, also.

This dynamical type test (realised by using weights and a balance beam with the Standard Flexometer) is fixed at 30Hz and working with a constant load. 

试验可获得如下结果：

• 发热量：通过检测试样下夹具处的接触温度来获得

• 试样变形量以及试样中心温度值 

• 试验结束而试样尚在检测位置时，用温度探针直接测取试样内部中心温度

都利公司也提供特殊模具，用来制作试样。
