We’ll be delighted to help!
Initially, please contact the reseller, machine manufacturer or company from whom you purchased the equipment. This way, we can make sure that your equipment is correctly registered and any warranties can be applied.
Which products can we repair?
We offer repairs to a wide range of our EDCi devices and accessories, to extend the service life of your equipment and ensure their optimum function.
Please note the following points so that your repair can be dealt with swiftly and efficiently:
1. Genuine products
We only repair genuine DOLI products. As we work exclusively with genuine parts, repairs to equipment that has been modified by a third party are limited or impossible.
2. Modified devices and spare parts
We may be unable to repair devices that have undergone major modification or for which genuine spare parts are no longer available. In these cases, we recommend contacting our Repair team beforehand, to avoid unnecessary shipping costs.
3. Old equipment and availability of parts
Equipment from a certain number of years ago and in certain versions can no longer be repaired due to age and limited availability of replacement parts. This applies in particular to controllers and versions of the EDC5, EDC25, EDC60, EDC100 and EDC120.

- Description of the problem
- Written repair order
- Contact for queries or quotations
